Please note that all linens are specialty Made to Order with all sales final - no exceptions! Claims for damage must be placed within 3 days. When possible, damaged items will be replaced with same item, color, and size. All exchanges require a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number (RMA). Once a return is authorized, please return items in their original form and packaging. We must receive the return items within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Due to variations in monitor settings, the colors as they appear on your computer or electronic device may not match the actual color. The photos on our site are digital representations and are for illustration purposes only. The color and texture may vary from actual fabric. In addition, the same fabric may occasionally vary by dye lot.

Stock levels are not guaranteed. Majority of our linens are manufactured once an order is placed. In some instances, certain colors or fabrics become discontinued by the fabric manufacturer. In the event your purchased item is no longer available, you will be notified via email and promptly refunded in full.
order changes or cancellations
Once an order is placed, orders cannot be cancelled or changed. This includes changes to size, color, and quantity.
