SHIPPING & RETURNS
Because our linens are made to order, all orders require a processing time of 6-10 business days BEFORE items are shipped out. We use a cost based shipping rate, so you will never be surprised at checkout with an unexpected shipping amount.
We treat every item you purchase as if it were our own and take extreme care in packaging each order.
All items are shipped regular ground by either FedEx or United States Postal Service(USPS).
We are located in the Midwest so shipping to the West Coast via ground shipment can take up to 6 business days.
We ship to the contiguous United States. If in Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us for shipping quote.
If you need expedited shipping, please contact our office via email prior to order placement so that we can ensure fabric stock and availability.
Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States (except Michigan).
Please note that all linens are specialty Made to Order with all sales final - no exceptions! Claims for damage must be placed within 3 days. When possible, damaged items will be replaced with same item, color, and size. All exchanges require a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number (RMA). Once a return is authorized, please return items in their original form and packaging. We must receive the return items within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
